This document sets out the rules and conditions binding on all users of the 3900 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the platform 3900, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive and covers all parts of the platform, including the website, mobile application, and any additional services that may be introduced in the future. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using 3900's services and close your account immediately if one already exists. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and 3900 management.

The 3900 platform is only available to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law, which is 18 years and above. Users must also ensure that their use of this platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 3900 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement. Any registration made fraudulently or with false information will be cancelled immediately without prior notice. You are also responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate, current, and complete throughout the lifetime of your account.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 3900 platform at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or identity details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without compensation. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and the necessary financial information to facilitate identity verification. 3900 reserves the right to conduct background checks and identity verification before fully activating any new account. This process is carried out solely to protect the security of all users on our platform.

Account security is a shared responsibility between the user and 3900. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and must not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 3900 support team immediately through the official channels provided. The 3900 platform offers security features such as two-factor authentication, which is strongly recommended to help protect your account. 3900 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials confidential.

  • Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Users are advised to change their password regularly to enhance account security.
  • Do not use public devices or public Wi-Fi networks to log in to your 3900 account.
  • Suspicious login activity will be detected by our system and the account may be temporarily locked for further review.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All users of the 3900 platform are required to use the service in a responsible and ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including the use of unauthorised automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate 3900's systems. It is strictly forbidden to abuse, exploit, or attempt to identify vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems for unauthorised purposes. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, abuse the bonus system, or engage in fraud will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action. Users are also responsible for ensuring that all funds used on the 3900 platform are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

Under the platform's terms of use, users agree not to post, transmit, or share any content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of others while interacting on 3900. Users are also prohibited from using this platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. 3900 reserves the right to monitor platform activity to ensure compliance with these terms, and any violations detected may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure. You agree that 3900 may disclose account information to the relevant authorities if required by law or court order. 3900's management greatly appreciates users' cooperation in maintaining a safe and fair platform environment.

4. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 3900 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or digital wallet registered is in their own name and matches the name on their 3900 account. Any attempt to use a third-party account for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation. 3900 will not be held liable for any payment delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers. All transactions that have been processed and confirmed are non-reversible, except under circumstances specifically set out in our refund policy.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen and the user's account verification level. Users are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) in full before your first withdrawal request can be processed by 3900. The KYC process involves verifying a valid government-issued identity document — such as a national ID or passport — along with proof of current address issued within the past three months. If there are any discrepancies in the information provided or if documents are insufficient, 3900 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal until the required documents have been received and verified. Users are encouraged to keep their banking information up to date in the 3900 system to avoid any disruptions to the transaction process.

  • Minimum deposit: RM 30 (subject to the payment method chosen).
  • Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days once verification is complete.
  • Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
  • 3900 does not store users' credit or debit card details directly; all payments are processed through secure, licensed payment gateways.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 3900 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and management makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. 3900 will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. 3900's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Users agree to indemnify and hold 3900 harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms. Any dispute arising from the use of the 3900 platform must first be referred to negotiation before any legal action is taken.

Regarding account policy, 3900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a serious breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from a competent authority. Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy charges or closure at 3900's discretion, following notification. If your account is closed for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms on your part, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms, 3900 reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds while an investigation is carried out. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not permitted to open a new account without written consent from 3900 management.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the 3900 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of 3900 or its relevant licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 3900. Unauthorised use of 3900's trade names, trademarks, and logos is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may view and print platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices contained therein. Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas submitted by users to 3900 may be used by us without any obligation of compensation to the user.

The 3900 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services, provided solely for users' convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 3900 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to independently review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit. 3900 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance on the content, products, or services available on third-party websites. Any interaction you have with a third-party website is solely between you and the operator of that site.

3900 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances where immediate changes are necessary. It is the user's responsibility to check this terms page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
